A message for young Christians

Christian youth, I’m talking to you today. You’ve made a commitment to Jesus, no matter what the cost. You’ve tried doing things your own way and discovered His way is far better. Or you’ve been raised in a Christian home and have decided, for yourself, that you want to commit the rest of your life to being a follower of God. Whatever has led you to that decision is your story and it is a valuable one. I want to tell you that there are many young people, like yourselves, who have made the same decision to follow after Jesus and reject what the world is telling them about how to live their lives. There are students like you, in high schools and colleges, in universities and in the work force who get up everyday and commit that day to the Lord. Some will face hardship, ridicule, bullying and even worse for their stand. I see you. And I’ve been given a message for you. I’ve written that message in three books, a series called Forged In Flames.

This wasn’t something I set out to do. In the fall of 2018, I started to get the feeling that God wanted me to do something and I didn’t know what it was. But everywhere I went there seemed to be the same words repeated in different ways by different people : God might ask you to do something big for Him. Something you’ve never done before. So I asked Him. What is it? For weeks I prayed and asked and finally one day, He showed me. I had an image in my mind, just an idea, and I knew. He wanted me to write a story. I didn’t know anything about it but I started writing and as it turns out, the story is for you. The first book is called Embers and it came out Jan. 15th. I hope you pick it up and more than that, much more, I hope it blesses you. God loves you and He wants you to know He sees you too.
