Book Review: A Soul As Cold As Frost by Jennifer Kropf

Jennifer Kropf’s Winter Souls Series debuts with A Soul As Cold As Frost, a wild ride through a winter landscape of dwarves, giants and brave hearted guardians. Kropf’s original concept and intricate plot weave a tale of adventure, sacrifice and a good versus evil fight to the death. Fans of fantasy and epic adventure will enjoy this fast paced story.

At times, I felt the description was excessive and would have liked more character development. I also found the Storyteller’s Interruptions jarring as they brought me out of the story and interfered with a smooth reading experience.

Overall, A Soul As Cold As Frost is an imaginative rollercoaster ride with themes of courage, honour and sacrifice that can be enjoyed by all ages.

I received an arc of A Soul As Cold As Frost in return for an honest review.
